and the shortcomings of America's current system. In an ambitious campaign known as the "Ten Year
Plan to End Homelessness," The Alliance focuses on an effective solution to homelessness and measures
to prevent it through participation from all sectors of society.

being addressed by The National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC). The NLIHC
